About Ocean Reef Club

Located on the northernmost tip of Key Largo in the Florida Keys, Ocean Reef Club is considered one of the country’s most comprehensive private club communities.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operation of the Member/Guest Development Program. The Member/Guest Development Program involves establishing a guest’s positive experience during their visit while developing membership prospects. It can also be a revenue generating position. The guest increases their activity throughout the Club as a result of our attention to their itinerary and the promotion of our amenities
Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required. College degree preferred.
  • Three to five years’ experience in private club or customer service.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite. Must be detail oriented & highly organized with great customer service skills and flexible schedule.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required.
