Responsibilities

Client is looking for a project manager to join their team. This individual will play a vital role in the construction process and will be responsible for working with both development and construction partners. Client does general and interior commercial buildings.

Ideal Candidate

**Assistant Project Manager**
 
* For this one it would require a Bachelors in a construction related field and some construction experience...commercial or residential.  They would be looking for someone to groom and grow into Project Manager role.  Great opportunity to gain significant training and development in the commercial construction industry. 
 
 **Project Manager**

* For this one, commercial construction experience with an understanding of the local construction industry would be required.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelors in a construction related degree preferred.
* Client has been in business for 28 years with a solid commercial customer base.  Company culture is one that is smaller, not corporate, and offers the opportunity and encouragement for growth.
* All business is local, Jacksonville, FL business so no  travel. 
* Salary will be based on experience and package will include a truck allowance, cell phone and medical, ½ paid for employee.     
* This is a direct hire, perm position.  I am assisting the client in order to identify the right candidate.
