Oak Grove Technologies, LLC a fast growing federal contractor, is seeking a Role Play (RP) Lead in support of a proposal for the U.S. Army Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) located at Fort Polk, LA.

* Responsible for the management, staffing, training, resource allocation, prop fabrication, scheduling, logistical support, and operational control of role players and role play events at the Joint Readiness Center in accordance with Role Play Instructions (RPI) and the Master Events Management System (MEES) * Enhances the rotational experience with realistic, relevant characters that provide information, intelligence, and complexity to the JRTC battlefield * Supervises and is responsible for the performance of a variety of role players including; General Role Players, Special Skilled Role Players, and Cultural Role Players

* Possess management experience in either the government or private sector at comparable levels of scope and responsibility that is commensurate with aspects of role play operations * Desired: a MEL 4 graduate: * Command and general Staff College (Army) * Air Command and Staff (USAF) * Marine Command and Staff (USMC) * Naval Command and Staff
