Oak Grove Technologies, LLC a fast growing federal contractor, is seeking an Audio Visual Lead in support of a proposal for the U.S. Army Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) located at Fort Polk, LA.

* Capture, process, analyze, organize and present key battlefield video and audio segments in order to assist OCTs in delivering consistent high-quality AARs that emphasize key teaching points that help the RTU continue to improve their performance during the rotation * Conducts continuous coordination with the designated video Point of Contact (POC) for each Observer/Coach/Trainer OCT Division on a daily basis throughout the rotational training exercise to verify field camera coverage requirements. This coordination is used as the basis for developing individual work schedules in a way which balances coverage of rotational events while minimizing the use of overtime. * This coverage coordination includes all events specified below: * Brigade Command Post * Air Force * Video Support to AARs * Airlift Field Videos

* Possess professional education along with military or civilian supervisory experience commensurate with management of all aspects of audio visual operations * Desired: a former combat photographer
