Assistant DC Department Supervisor

The Assistant Distribution Center Department Supervisor assists the DC Department Supervisor in leading the warehouse staff to operate and facilitate the daily work in their department of the distribution center. This person manages the day-to-day operations and departmental performance of the distribution center, while relying on leadership, coaching, experience and judgment to plan and accomplish individual/team goals. The Assistant DC Department Supervisor performs a wide variety of tasks and procedures while assisting, leading and directing the work of team members within the warehouse.

Qualified candidates have a high school degree or equivalent, with excellent communication, leadership, and people skills.
