Delivery Manager

Novu is looking for a smart, engaging, fun, experienced Delivery Manager with 3 years of experience who wants to work with a top-notch team, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done well. This person should both think and act strategically and will hit the ground running, contributing to the team immediately. Central to this position is cross-functional project management experience across technical, business and operations (print and digital) teams to efficiently move projects from ideation through delivery. This position will elicit scope from new client opportunities and act as a conduit between clients and other parts of the Novu organization regarding effort, timing and cost.

* Deliver client projects on time by managing scope, time and costs * Manage expectations of both internal stakeholders and external clients * Communicate with excellence across all levels of the organization and with clients * Create and manage project plans that focus on organizational risks, dependencies, capacity planning and actionable tasks * Multitask between projects with shifting priorities * Partner with internal Product Owners and Operations and Marketing teams to work through scheduling, issues, and analysis * Assist with defining and creating project management tools and processes to be implemented and followed by the organization

* Self-motivated leader and problem solver who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively * Experience with collecting and communicating scope from complex and/or ambiguous opportunities * Comfortable with change and rapid iterations * 3 years of project management or related client delivery experience * Excellent presentation and meeting management skills * Excellent editing skills and eye for detail * Experience with complex project schedule creation and management * Ability to synthesize technical, design and creative feedback for a wide-range of audiences **Like-to-Have Qualifications:** * Health care business experience * SaaS platform implementation experience * Waterfall and Agile methodology experience * Either Project Management, Agile, or Business Analysis certifications * Familiarity with Workfront and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) tools
