Responsibilities
* The Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with our Technology leaders and Human Resources Business partners to understand current and future Technology talent needed to meet our strategic objectives. * This person will TA will create and implement recruitment strategies to identify candidates with the necessary skills. * The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruiting life cycle with the support of a recruiting coordinator. * Once candidates are identified, you will work with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to schedule interviews and then efficiently manage the selection process in our Applicant Tracking system. * Our Talent Acquisition team also acts as the labor market expert to provide leaders with information about the current state of talent availability and how this could impact the business
Ideal Candidate
- The position requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. - A minimum of five years of recruiting experience with three years of technical recruiting. - Demonstrated ability to actively source and screen passive talent from a variety of sources - Must be able build relationships with leaders and have a proven track record acting as a talent consultant. - Must have proficiency in Boolean logic search methodology - Must have prior experience with working with an ATS (applicant tracking solution),ARM/CRM tools, and other industry tools. - Sound knowledge of all state and federal laws and regulations regarding Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action is highly desirable. - Proficiency in the use of personal computers (word processing, and spreadsheet) as well as a familiarity with internet recruitment desirable. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, excellent oral and written communications skills (to include platform speaking skills), team skills, and sound judgment are required.
