Supervisor for Rehabilitation Services

As the Supervisor of rehabilitation Services you will supervise and coordinate the daily operations and staff of Rehabilitation Services including the monitoring/administering of patient evaluations and quality of care in accordance with the written and signed prescription and/or referral of a physician or other State authorized practitioner.

* Supervises, hires, trains, disciplines and evaluates the performance of staff. Ensures performance appraisals are completed in a timely manner. * Coordinates patient scheduling. * Participates in the development and implementation of pertinent policies and procedures. * Participates in the development of the annual operating budget. * Supervises quality assurance activities and maintains related documentation. * Ensures the operation and maintenance of equipment.

* Bachelor’s Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy, required. Master’s/Doctorate Degree, preferred. OR Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology, required. * Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist in the State of New York. * Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience in related discipline including one (1) year supervisory or lead experience, required
