Coord Project Control - Infra

As Coordinator, Project Control - Infrastructure you will support assigned management in tracking and validating operating budgets, project design process and application utilization.

* Prepares, maintains, tracks and reports on annual department operating budget (i.e. maintenance agreements, materials, etc). * Collaborates with vendors to secure obtain costs data and communicates with management on same. Validates software and hardware services against current allocations. * Conducts analysis on actual and forecasts for the operating budget. * Establishes design process and procedures in support of department programs. Provides training in the use of departmental application systems. * Assists with day-to-day administration of the design application (i.e. Insight). * Creates reports and provides data analysis for documented designs. * Collaborates with management and PMO to ensure technical content and design work is completed in a timely fashion.

* High School Diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or Technology, preferred. * Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible administrative/ technical experience in Infrastructure and Application services, required. * Thorough knowledge of project management life-cycle, required. * Experience with IT license modes, (i.e Microsoft, Hardware/Software Maintenance), required. * Excellent facilitation, presentation, organizational, written and verbal communication skills, required.
