Summary
The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's SSC PAC support team providing onsite support for research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) of the cyberspace systems and domain of Enterprise Condition Based Maintenance Plus (eCBM ) capabilities and the Readiness Integration Center (RIC) environment.
Responsibilities
* Participate in various aircraft related Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and weekly IPTs and team meetings * Perform system and software engineering efforts related to implementing technology and system modifications to produce a secure information assurance posture in the existing suite of software applications * Architect and integrate system modifications to the Portable Electronic Maintenance Aid (PEMA) and virtualized server configurations * Assist with execution of all phases of the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and accreditation Process (DIACAP)/Risk Management Framework (RMF) transformation * Perform engineering efforts to implement hardware and software modifications in an operational environment for the RIC * Establish hardware and network, to include personal computers (PCs), workstations, mobile computers/tablets, servers, Local Area Networks (LANs), routers, switches, firewalls, security devices, communications devices, and perform network and security verifications, and system backups; * Administer Linux, Solaris, and Windows operating systems and Active Directory; virtual machines and Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs); * Administer end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. * Evaluate, identify, recommend, and establish commercial off the shelf (COTS), Government off the shelf (GOTS), and non-developmental items (NDI) products that will assist in the system administration function

To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: * BA or BS Technical or Computer field * Adobe Flash * Adobe Reader * XML * 2 to 8 years of experience * Position requires a current Secret Clearance **Preferred Qualifications:** Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: * Current IAT Level I or IAT Level II Certification or higher * 5 years of demonstrated experience developing engineering and logistics solution(s) * 5 years of demonstrated experience identifying, sourcing, conditioning/filtering, cataloging, and storing platform data from Programs of Record (PORs). * 5 years of demonstrated experience implementing Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) concepts in aviation logistics * Position prefers a candidate with a current Secret Clearance
