Sr. Technical Product Manager

Expect also to use your gut and confirm it with data, and convince passionate team members about why they should follow a certain product direction. • Lead groups of incredible engineers, designers, marketers to create features or entire new product lines (We call these missions)

• Understand user behavior both qualitatively and quantitatively (work with UX Researchers, A/B tests, analytics), and apply the learnings

• Articulate and drive home the measurable goals for the mission based on a product vision

• Motivate. Make sure everyone in the mission is happy, engaged, and operating with maximum leverage

• Strategize. Shape the product vision & strategy working together with product, executive team and other groups to develop new missions

• Hustle & ship. Design, market, write copy, learn to ride the unicycle. Do whatever a mission needs to succeed!

Who you are:

• You've lived and breathed product at a high-tech start-up (or independent division of a larger company) at least for the past 3-5 years

• You have past successes working in a cross-functional environment to ship high quality software products

• You love understanding users -- using qualitative and quantitative means

• You have a strong technical foundation, with ideally a degree in engineering or computer science

• Super smart. And don't need to show it.
