At New Jersey Manufacturers (NJM), a top-rated insurance company, our Administrative Services Department is seeking a Stock Clerk to support the Purchasing and Supplies Department. The official NJM job title for this position is Courier/Driver-Stock Clerk.

• Load and unload vehicles cargo on a repetitive basis.
• Safely and accurately receive all loading dock products.
• Count and transfer all loading dock deliveries to their proper location.
• Identify any vendor product errors or count discrepancies.
• Receive and deliver all tracked UPS, DHL, and FedEx deliveries.
• Deliver and distribute general office supplies to the appropriate department
• Lift, load and deliver physical inventory.
• Maintain and provide accurate physical inventory counts of supplies that are stocked or depleted.
• Handle packing slips and other paperwork with care and attention during the receipt process.
• Manually and electronically attach packing slips to purchase orders and scan all documentation accurately and timely.
• On occasion, drive a commercial vehicle that transports cargo and/or people to and from specified destinations

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50lbs
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Ability to follow directions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment
• Accuracy and good time management
• Ability to remain a qualified company driver
