Responsibilities
* Create and drive the GTM strategy for key global product and feature launches * Market intelligence – be the expert on your buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to win * Drive the launch plan and launch calendar for all Nitro solutions * Be the market expert on our customers, how they buy and their buying criteria * Present and lead customer research in collaboration with our product management and customer success teams * Work with product management and engineering to help define/communicate product roadmap * Create product positioning and value propositions for our sales team; train sales, customer success, and solutions engineering on messaging * Develop compelling assets, content, and tools for sales enablement * Collaborate with our campaigns team to identify and create winning campaign strategies
Ideal Candidate
* 5-7 years of enterprise software product marketing experience * History of creating and delivering unique positioning and messaging * Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience presenting to executive teams and large audiences * Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving sales, product management, customer success, and more * Must be very strong with PowerPoint to create compelling presentations * Proven ability to juggle multiple projects quickly * Experience working directly with customers and end users to define and validate features * Ability to be a self-starter, looking ahead of what people ask you * Passion for technology and disruption * Management experience and MBA a plus
