- Develop interface experiences for enterprise desktop and mobile applications - Work with product owners, designers and back-end developers to capture and refine software requirements in an iterative fashion. - Work seamlessly as part of a multi-site, multicultural development team - Work with Scrum and an Agile Development processes - Be self-motivated, driven to achieve committed milestones. - Provide attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Strong collaboration skills, ability to mentor and be mentored - Improve the quality, performance, and stability of frontend codebases

- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience (ie: Technical Team Lead or as manager of a small software development team) - Minimum of 5 years relevant development experience, preferably in enterprise-level or SaaS environment - Strong technical expertise in HTML, CSS with supporting JavaScript knowledge. - Working knowledge of CSS Preprocessors such as Sass and LESS - Familiarity with source control systems, such as Git - Experience with JavaScript tooling in development workflow, such as Grunt & Bower - Detailed understanding of cross browser support issues - Demonstrable experience in an agile environment, driving activities and deliverables that support fast-paced, iterative design and development. - Experienced problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve challenging business problems with effective technical solutions; strong decision-maker able to move forward with the information at hand. - Clear ability to drive projects to successful, on-time completion and influence product and technical stakeholders and team members. - Strong verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthesize market requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences.
