Responsibilities
- Engage in cross-browser web application testing process for minor features - from requirements scoping ,test planning to test execution - Ensuring the quality of deliverables by engaging in the full software testing process by using automated and manual testing techniques in accordance with object-oriented design and development. - Participate in design discussions of new product development and track all aspects of the feature ranging from scope, schedule, effort, risks, and issues. - Collaborate with product owners, development team, UI designers to actively promote the quality goal. - Adopt exploratory, compatibility, cross browser and regression testing methodologies to ensure features are usable, reliable and work as designed to deliver high quality software. - Diagnose and report software bugs or enhancements to development by following a proper defect tracking process and taking ownership to bring them to closure. - Use Selenium Web Driver to support cross browser testing and an automation framework based on Page Object model.
Ideal Candidate
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. - Strong analytical and investigative skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Open , collaborative and inclusive
