Summary
The **HRIS Analyst-Intern** maintains and analyzes human resources data in a variety of areas including compensation, employee performance, benefits, recruiting, training, affirmative action and employment equity programs.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with HR, Service Center and IT staff to compile, analyze and report on data as it relates to HR including HRIS systems set-up, organization structure, compensation, employee data, etc. * Maintain system data integrity * Development and implementation of audit reports * Development & implementation of statistical analysis reports (i.e., scorecards) for individual areas of business as well as across business lines * AAP and EEO-1 reporting * Prepare analyses for Executive Team meetings * Assist with administration of annual performance evaluation and merit increase programs
Ideal Candidate
* Rising junior or senior pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in related field; Business, Management, MIS, HR, Computer Science. * Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access * Working knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and presentation, and creative problem solving. * Ability to maintain confidential data * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities * Ability to interface with all levels of Management and to work independently
