- The .NET Agent team is looking for someone with a passion for building amazing software that makes developers’ lives easier. Our team needs a caring creator to help grow and support our whip-smart agent engineers. Our agent powers New Relic’s software analytics products used to monitor thousands of applications. Programming agents is fun, challenging, rewarding, and kinda crazy. We're passionate about wowing our users with visibility they never thought possible. - As the manager of the team you'd be focused on creating the collaborative, creative, and purpose-filled environment, which makes these innovations possible. You will provide the technical leadership to help define and deliver New Relic’s products for Microsoft .NET users around the world. For us, technical leadership includes talking directly with customers and building connections with developer communities that our customers rely on to build their web apps, as well as managing the design, scope, direction, features, and quality within our .NET Agent.

- Managed software engineering teams from requirements to sunset - Shipped software products in a technology company (preferably in .NET) - Seasoned project management chops, including agile/scrum/xp - Up-leveled quality and reliability practices, including tooling - An obsession with the important details like the customer experience and product reliability - Solid coaching and mentoring skills - An infectiously positive attitude and a cool head
