Sales Development Representative

We are looking for intelligent individuals to come in and build our sales development team and grow our business through the qualified prospects you find.A Sales Development Representative is what we call a forward-thinking, service-oriented, incentive driven, Business to Business prospector. Our sales force is the lifeblood of our aggressively growing company. You will be responsible for fueling that sales force with the prospects that you aquire. Organization and a strong attention to detail are crucial to your success in this fast-paced business.

• Generate new oppourtunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
• Contact potential clients through emails and cold calls.
• Evangalize Networx and it's proven procees
• Demonstrate a keen understanding of the products and sales cycle
• Adhere to quality assurance policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• A track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Proven success working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• At least two years of college education and 1 year of prospecting experience or a Bachelor's Degree
• Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills

Skill Set:

• Ability to use MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Windows, MS-Outlook and the internet effectively
• Person needs to be organized and fluent in English.
• Sit or stand for long periods of time
• Telesales or call center experience preferred but not required
