Identity & Access Management Architect

Identity & Access Management Architect will work with Client to shape their IDAM Strategy and execute on a series of projects towards the defined State

* Analyze Customer's existing IDAM environment * Understand ,refine and finalize Enterprise & Privilleged Identity requirements * Develop High & Low level design to meet the new business requirement * Guide and mentor team members on the project * Review work products from team members * Participate in review meetings * Primary contact point for the customer

* 10+ Years of IT experience * 5+ years of IDAM domain experience. * Hands on experience in designing , developing and implementing IDAM solution using one or more mainstream IDAM Tool Stack(IBM, Oracle, Sun, CA etc) * Privileged Identity Management experience using at least one of the tools like Cyber Ark, Beyond trust, OPAM, Quest PAM etc (Cyber Ark or Beyond Trust preferred) * Technical Leadership & Team Management Skills * Onsite / Offshore team experience * Good verbal & written communication skills. * Customer facing experience.
