Team Leader / Production Supervisor

As the Team Leader Production (Supervisor) at our Fairburn (Atlanta), Georgia facility, you will be responsible for 10-120 people operators, production and equipment safety and managing production costs on various shifts. From you, this position requires strong leadership skills as people development skills are critical to this role. You will mentor staff, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ensure operating and safety standards are being met.

* Lead, motivate and mentor staff in the achievement of daily production and personnel goals * Become an advocate for Nestle’ Continuous Excellence (continuous improvement program). Be a catalyst for people development through mentoring, coaching and performance management * Coordinate product changeovers with material handling, processing, packing and quality assurance * Promote an open environment for safety, support Behavioral Based Safety practices, attend and lead safety meetings for your team * Conduct walk-through inspections, ensure master sanitation items are completed and work with operators to achieve quality parameters and targets * Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Education:** * High school diploma or GED equivalent **Experience (Years/Type):** * 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or military environment
