* Take responsibility for NationBuilder’s product infrastructure with the goal of helping our customers raise money more effectively and efficiently * Recruit and lead a team of engineers passionate about making it easier for leaders to raise money * Coordinate closely with the product team to set your team’s roadmap * Act as your team’s point of contact for the rest of the company, communicating about progress and taking feedback

* You are passionate about shipping high quality software * You care deeply about humans and how they work together * You enjoy spending time to ensure the right decisions are being made, and that there is alignment around those decisions * You have experience working on large-scale web applications and distributed architectures * You have some passion or experience that helps you understand what it takes to raise money for a cause, campaign, or organization
