Customer Retention Manager

- Improve year over year customer KPIs for your internal customer segments. - Lead cross functional teams to test and implement new winning strategies - Monitor KPIs and report to the Director of Customer retention on a regular basis - Evaluate and participate in initiatives and projects in support of retention and customer value goals driven by our internal customer waterfall. -bWork with the Director of Customer retention to coordinate implementation of Customer campaigns (roll outs and tests) - Be responsible for test recommendations for customer activities (products, price, Promotional tests), based on strategic guidelines

- Work with Merchandising to identify new product winners based on strategic product needs to extract maximum value from our existing customers - Identify cost savings opportunities that will help increase contribution per customer year over year and beat our internal customer Waterfall. - Manage all Customer Mail Order marketing campaigns for your assigned customer segment - Track and analyze marketing test programs and recommend best roll outs to achieve objectives - Write up/ Campaign parameters responsibility Image Processing/ List processing Coordination Qualifications : - At least 5 years of direct marketing experience required with an emphasis on direct mail - Demonstrated success implementing and optimizing direct mail programs. - Strong desire to delve into the data - Strong quantitative analysis and reasoning skills - Passion to develop creative direct marketing -- campaigns through understanding information, results analysis and problem solving
