Marketing Manager

(New York, New York)- Plan marketing and branding objectives based on market research findings.
- Expand program solutions and offerings to targeted constituents.
- Prepare marketing strategies alongside NKF staff.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Prepare and adhere to budgets.
- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure brand messages are consistent across national and field offices.
- Gather and analyze customer insight via survey research as needed.
- Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
- Engage consumers on social media by collaborating with Social Media staff to ensure message/campaign consistency.
- Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the NKF.
- Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics with regard to new marketing initiatives.
- Drive overall CRM and direct marketing by gaining intelligence from field and headquarter staff.
- Engage other organizations within the community to develop partnerships to spread the word about CKD.
- Collaborate with departments to develop strategic partnership activities; write and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
- Develop a marketing culture that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position the NKF as an innovator and leader.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. Master’s in Marketing or Communications preferred.
- Minimum three year’s work related experience managing marketing activities in a fast paced business or not-for-profit environment.
- Experience working in health agency is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, time-management and organizational skills.
- Must be assertive, confident and project a positive presence.
- Fluent in Microsoft Word applications.
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and a commitment to and passion for NKF’s mission.
