• Lead/assist with IT internal, MARS/SOX audits, reviews, validation, and compliance.
• Lead/assist with IT additional assignments.
• Ability to multi- task while independently and effectively prioritizing work using time management, initiative, project management and problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to maintain and grow relationships with internal and external customers using effective communication and interaction skills.
• Attend training and development seminars to enhance job performance.

• Masters/Bachelors Degree in Accounting and or Information Technology related.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and certified Information System Auditor(CISA).
• Minimum five plus years of IT/accounting/auditing experience, to includ SOX testing.
• Demonstrate effective leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, statutory accounting principles, SOX legislation.
• Understanding of computerized accounting and financial reporting.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• Oracle.
• International accounting.
