Summary
Help MuleSoft’s customers be successful with MuleSoft products by providing technical solutions for customers using MuleSoft Anypoint platform to build their integration solutions in highly complex on-premise, cloud and hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
* Isolate the root cause of an issue when it arises, and provide solutions to issues faced by customers of MuleSoft’s Anypoint platform using Web Services, HTTP, JMS, MQ, SFTP, REST and Salesforce Integration. * Explain technical issues to a variety of audiences, including enterprise clients and experienced software developers/ architects. * Serve as a product specialist for integration between Mule ESB and messaging platforms including IBM WebSphere MQ and ActiveMQ. * Extend the capabilities of Mule ESB, Mule API Gateway by using Spring Framework within Mule. * Troubleshoot complex integration problems to help customers to successfully integrate their applications, devices and data with their SOA, API, SaaS, B2B solution that is implemented using Mulesoft Anypoint Platform. * Collaborate with experts in other teams within MuleSoft such as engineering, consulting, and sales. * Be a full member of company’s support team, capable of handling inquiries and problems of all MuleSoft Anypoint products, delivering outstanding service for MuleSoft customers. * Work in following environments: Environment: Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, Java 1.8, Spring Framework 4.0, Active MQ, WebSphere MQ , My SQL, Oracle 12g, XML, REST, Web Services and others * Up to 50% travel to customer sites as needed and customary for the occupation.
Ideal Candidate
* Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science/Engineering, MIS or closely-related. * The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years of full-time experience as an integration architect, including 5 years of experience with the following: * Providing integration product support for integration vendors such IBM, BEA, Oracle, Tibco, etc. * Designing and implementing integrations using WebSphere ESB, MQ/Active MQ. * Working with Java, JEE Application Servers and Containers (administration, deployment, and/or development in Tomcat/ JBoss/ WebSphere/ Spring), and SOAP/ REST and/or Web Services. * All experience may be gained concurrently.
