Regional Office Support & Liaison Analyst

**Local Office Support** * Overall accountable for monitoring & supporting local office activity to include: * Support IT Audit, support IT security improvements and monitor systems incidents **Projects** * Identify, escalate & present issue resolution recommendations * Examine, challenge & recommend improvements to project documentation **Contractor Procurement Approval (RINGI)** * Review all planning documentation, recommending improvements and necessary changes. * Engage SME’s when necessary * Approve & escalate RINGI for further management approvals * Follow up approval process & communicate to the respective local office. **Financial Review** * Support creation of local office semester plan * Monitor & report financial investments * Support creation of Mid-term Plan

* 2/3+ years of broad IT & Banking industry experience * 1+ years’ experience in IT strategy & Project management * Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends, including the associated technology implications within banking industry * Strong Presentation skills and PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) * Bi-lingual communication skill for both verbal and writing is preferable (English and Spanish/Portuguese is a plus) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and, multifunctional teams. * Ability to question direction and provide alternatives
