Latin American IT Strategy Analyst

* The incumbent will also be responsible for assisting in the recommendation and establishment of performance measurements which would enable the Senior * Managers to monitor, evaluate and direct the strategies, risk mitigation efforts, and the performance of the respective IT units. * On occasion, the incumbent will be asked to assist in conducting market research on standards and methodologies which could be implemented in the region. * Excellent communications and organization skills are required providing, clear and concise reporting to the committee members, highlighting areas of concern and providing mitigating suggestions/recommendations* The candidate will be responsible for assisting and interfacing with regional Senior Managers. * Helping to facilitate the activities of the committees, as well as recommending IT strategies, project initiatives, managing the IT regional budget and regional project portfolios, and assist in leading the execution of the committee's strategies and prioritized projects.

* 2/3+ years of broad IT & Banking industry experience * 1+ years’ experience in IT strategy & Project management * Ability to articulate leading business issues and trends, including the associated technology implications within banking industry * Strong Presentation skills and PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) * Bi-lingual communication skill for both verbal and writing is preferable (English and Spanish/Portuguese is a plus) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and, multifunctional teams. * Ability to question direction and provide alternatives
