* Build, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of large turnkey lighting retrofit and mechanical projects at commercial, industrial, and private institutional facilities in Massachusetts. * Research and identify appropriate utility rebate incentives and build relationships with utility account representatives and program managers. * Work with appropriate team members to prepare and present comprehensive proposals. * Close sales and generate revenue.

* Three years+ experience selling turnkey medium and large energy efficiency project sales with a demonstrated track record of success working with C-level executives. * A strong local network of industry-related contacts.
