Senior Business Development Manager

• Build, develop, and maintain a robust pipeline of large turnkey lighting retrofit and mechanical projects at commercial, industrial, and private institutional facilities in Massachusetts.
• Research and identify appropriate utility rebate incentives and build relationships with utility account representatives and program managers.
• Work with appropriate team members to prepare and present comprehensive proposals.
• Close sales and generate revenue.

• Three years+ experience selling turnkey medium and large energy efficiency project sales with a demonstrated track record of success working with C-level executives.
• A strong local network of industry-related contacts.
