Project Manager

Since the company is poised for dynamic growth they are looking for Project Manager to take control in streamlining project management, initiate project organization and drive execution on tasks and activities across the cross functional team (Customer, Operations, Engineering, Quality and Outside Vendors). They are looking for strong project management experience. The position will involve heavy new product introduction and they are looking for expertise in lean manufacturing, cost control and your ability to manage the overall Project Management process along with introducing friendly accountability to the team.

* Project plans, schedules, dashboard, project steering, follow PMO project management methods * Manage daily project activities and update project plan as necessary * Weekly project status reports & meetings, project steering committee * Track budget against actual costs and forecast costs to project completion, update project risk plan, etc. * Have an eye on costs & Lean manufacturing experience, scheduling, and overall attention to project details * Must be a positive and driven individual to influence and drive a cross functional team and deliver on aggressive project schedules

* BS in an engineering discipline; PMP is a plus (or a business degree with machine shop experience), semiconductor experience also desired * 3 years minimum experience as a Project or Program Manager * Experience in machining and machine shop processes * Customer interaction experience both internal and external engineering staff and be able to convey technical information to non-technical participants * NPI experience a plus * Have a strong drive & problem solving abilities, planning & organizational skills, and ability to act decisively to make best decisions for the company (yet be adaptable/flexible) * Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint
