Design Engineer

Out client is growing and looking for high potential candidates with the ability to grow within the organization. * Responsible for design, modeling, packaging, tolerance analysis, and data transfer with customer * Interface with the customer on design specifications * Support the organization with technical recommendations and problems * Oversight of program requirements and activities regarding program implementation * Develop plans for new products including planning, design, verification and validation * Strong communication of documentations involving meeting minutes, trials, and test results

* BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred or trade school education in Engineering/Technology/Design considered * Experience in automotive related technical environment - wiper systems desirable * Experience in OEM practices and procedures, CAD systems, solid modeling * Strong written and verbal communication, customer contact and presentation * Keywords: Design, Development, Unigraphics, CATIA, APQP, FEA, Mechanical Engineering, Validation, Industrial Design, 2D/3D, Automotive
