• Supervise a team of 25-30 union workers at job site. Most jobs are exclusively in Boston
• Scheduling, sequence of work, material supplies and organizing union work force
• Take initiative, ownership of the job. Be a hard worker and ambitious.
• Company will train someone with basic civil experience. Can be a Foreman

• BA in Civil Engineering desired
• 3+ years experience in Heavy Civil.
• Has drive, ambition, is a hard worker and takes initiative
• Has the ability to manage 35-40 union workers
