Responsibilities
* Supervise a team of 25-30 union workers at job site. Most jobs are exclusively in Boston
* Scheduling, sequence of work, material supplies and organizing union work force
* Take initiative, ownership of the job. Be a hard worker and ambitious.
* Company will train someone with basic civil experience. Can be a Foreman
Ideal Candidate
* BA in Civil Engineering desired
* 3+ years experience in Heavy Civil.
* Has drive, ambition, is a hard worker and takes initiative
* Has the ability to manage 35-40 union workers
