Summary
Moz Local specializes in location data management, helping local search engines and new customers find our clients’ businesses online and off. We are dedicated to the future of local search we are obsessed with it. We’re looking for an experienced business development professional to join our Moz Local Enterprise Team, where you’ll play a vital role in the growth of Moz Local. The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B enterprise sales/business development professional, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and metrics. Responsibilities
* Establish relationships with large companies and agencies that have/manage lots of brick-and-mortar/physical locations * Present prospects the essential information and collateral they need to make a purchase decision * Intelligently prioritize inbound and outbound outreach based on the quality of opportunity * Constantly explore fresh and innovative ways to reach new prospects at scale * Assist in developing our Moz Local business development strategy * Analyze and optimize performance of our business development initiatives * Partner with customer success team to hand off new strategic customers for onboarding
Ideal Candidate
**Requirements**: * 5-7 years of enterprise business development or sales experience, preferably at a B2B software company * Experience selling to the marketing function in an enterprise * A proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals and metrics * Able to juggle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment * Experience with Office and Google Docs, experience with a sales/CRM tool * A strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to consider unique solutions to complex problems * A passion for technology and deep understanding of the products in the space **Nice to have:** Experience in the local marketing/location management industry
