Move, Inc., a subsidiary of News Corp, is a leading provider of online real estate services and operates the Move network of real estate websites and mobile experiences for consumers and real estate professionals.

Responsibilities
  • This individual contributor would be responsible for content planning and execution across all aspects of the content lifecycle, cross solutions, for a specific audience.

  • Objective of this role would be to build awareness, engage with the target market through his/her efforts, and present a face to their audience of Move being at the forefront of thought leadership in the Real Estate industry.

  • The person who takes this job will create thought pieces and will submit articles to be used in trade publications and paid editorial placements.

  • The job involves content building for out B2B customer facing web sites and landing pages and driving visits to it by creating interest and offers.

  • The position entails creation of email & newsletter content that gets viewed clicked and drives actions, downloads, and form leads and social sharing and provokes discussion and mindshare.

  • The content needed also extends to presentation material for webinars and events, plus review of what is in discussion on our related social media venues.

  • We are also looking for skills in selecting key words and search engine marketing to direct properly segmented attention to the content.

  • The job entails keeping an eye out for competitors who are duplicating our efforts and keeping a step ahead of the content they are sending to the same recipients.

  • It also involves the responsibilities of proofing, getting legal approvals and sign off’s by appropriate levels in the organization.

  • This individual should be reviewing current content, analyzing test metrics, researching what is trending in the industry and leading the development of appropriate content artifacts for marketing campaigns.

  • This is a team environment with strong campaign managers who will assist in implementation and who will be able to offer data on customer reaction, actions taken and industry reaction.

Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related major

  • Minimum 5+ years of marketing, campaign and content experience in a corporate setting

  • Expertise in content marketing and writing including translating business goals and strategies into actionable and measurable marketing communications campaigns

  • Outstanding writing, messaging, copywriting and proofreading skills

  • Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders

  • Experience effectively collaborating across multiple teams

  • Self-driven and self-sufficient

  • Organized, detailed and deadline-driven

  • Should be open to Travel: 15 - 20% of time

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and related Marketing Automation and Content Management solutions is preferred Real Estate industry experience
