- Design, development, and maintenance of core WAVE components - Specifications, architecture, wiki pages, and other design documents - Creation of unit tests and test scaffolding - Cross-training and mentoring - Providing accurate estimates and meeting your scheduled commitments - Primarily acts as a multiplier by building systems, authoring tools, or introducing policies or patterns that raise the level of productivity of the entire organization

- 7+ years creating professional software applications - B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline - Strong knowledge of MV* frameworks - Low-latency media streaming - Bandwidth estimation and media rate adaption - Packet loss recovery and error resilience - Expert IP network development, NAT traversal, debugging and tracing skills - A good understanding of client/server technologies and REST based SOA architecture - Experience with and passion for JavaScript, including a solid understanding of prototypical inheritance, pseudo classical patterns, and modular JS patterns. - Experience with Node.js, SIP.js, or Angular.js - Experience with WebRTC - Streaming media experience - Experience with Agile methodologies - Strong Experience with HTML/CSS and responsive HTML5/CSS3
