We are searching for an experienced technologist to join our management team as CTO. The ideal candidate should have a passion for web and mobile development. The role will require hands-on experience across the stack- from MYSQL query optimization to cross-browser responsive HTML/CSS, and mobile development. We are a small team looking to grow, the CTO must be willing to dig in.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience a plus.
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency planning, developing, and maintaining applications and front-end systems.
• Experience in LAMP Development
• Experience with Mobile Development
• Experience with MVC Framework (Codeigniter is a plus)
• Experience with RESTful API/services
• Experience with Adserver such as OpenX
• In-depth knowledge of web and mobile technologies, relevant software packages, and experience with dynamic data-driven web sites.
• Proven work experience with HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript (Photoshop is a plus)
• Familiarity with data transport formats (e.g., XML, JSON)
• Familiarity with mobile application development languages (Objective-C, Java) and mobile development frameworks (Phonegap).
• Lead web development efforts, including mentoring and advising peers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with client systems.
