• Motive Interactive is currently seeking talented individuals who have 2-5 years of Business Development, Sales or Media Buying experience in a digital media, start-up or mobile advertising company.
• As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for uncovering and closing new business on the traffic / media side for our innovative marketing platform in a global market.
• This role will be located in San Diego and qualified candidates should have experience selling to Mobile marketers.

About You

• Applicants should be analytical, organized, masters of time management with experience in Mobile and or Online advertising.

• Experienced working with the top rated SSPs, DSPs and exchanges in the advertising industry
• Knowledge of User Acquisition for Android and iOS Apps
• Media monetization, trafficking and ad-operations
• Excellent problem solving skills along with a 'can do' attitude
