Responsibilities
**YOUR ROLE** - Assists in preparing project deliverables. - Provides general computer, financial, word-processing, graphics and other administrative support directly to project teams as necessary. - Coordinates and schedules meetings and conference calls. - Takes detailed and organized meeting notes on a recurring basis. - Responsible for diligently tracking the movement of large volumes of data and correspondence. - Drafts and proofreads correspondence. - Performs data mining tasks and documents archive searches. - Additional administrative tasks as requested by the project team and/or client.
Ideal Candidate
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR** - 2-5+ years of experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. - High School diploma: required. - Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, currently pursuing a college degree and/or prior military experience: strongly preferred. - Ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance: required. - Active security clearance: strongly preferred. - Strong administrative skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations. - Ability to successfully manage conflict and placate challenging personalities. - Must consistently demonstrate professionalism and respect for client senior leadership. - Must possess strong personal presentation skills. - Proficiency with MS Office Suite. - Ability to develop and follow standard procedures. - Top-notch communication and problem solving skills necessary. - Must be able to multi-task, prioritize work, and meet tight deadlines. - Ability to not only take direction, but also to quickly adapt to situations marked by ambiguity. - Must be ambitious and motivated to take on increasing amounts of responsibility. - Possess a “can-do” attitude.
