Financial Analyst (Grant Funded)

The Financial Analyst position will require extensive management of data, and analytical skills to support the overall Health Homes program. The position will also interface with internal and external staff to develop and implement supporting workflows/software implementation for the program.

• Supporting role for all billing, collections, outbound payments to Partners (external health care organizations) and the for overall cash flow management of the Program

• Periodic financial reporting of financial statements, actual cost to budget analysis, program inbound receipt and outbound payments and collaboration and resolution of any finance related issue.

• Ensure the Program bills appropriately and in a timely manner and ensures payments are accurate and received within NYSDOH timelines

• To ensure that all open issues A/R and A/P are reported and resolved on a timely basis

• Must have excellent skills in Excel/Access

• Knowledge of SQL

• Previous Medicaid Billing experience
