Director Reimbursement and Analysis

The Director of Reimbursement and Analysis will provide in depth analysis of physician billing and reimbursement to maximize revenue, improve cash flow and enhance financial operations. Provide analytical support to corporate finance department. Manage staff of Analysts responsible for production, distribution and analysis of regular/standard as well as ad hoc financial reports.

* Develop, produce and automate analytical tools to depict financial status of clinical practices. * Communicate financial and operational issues to administrators, chairs and corporate finance. * Assist clinical departments with the budgeting process for physician revenue and collections. Validate Departments' projections. * Participate with the Professional Services management team in identifying strategic issues for development/analysis. * Oversee team of (8) Financial Analysts in Professional Services. * Develop, maintain and support financial Reporting Applications. * Conduct workshops and training for practice billing supervisors and administrators. * Oversee production process of standard financial reports of Faculty PracticePhysician Activity. * Develop, produce and automate new reports. * Maintain relationship with vendors, Troubleshoot issues related to applications and ancillary systems, production of system generated reports.

* Masters Degree, exceptional analytical skills, and solid communication (written and oral) skills are required. * Must have knowledge of health care industry and physician billing experience. * Strong working knowledge of the following applications is required Excel, SQL, and Access. * Epic experience is preferred.
