Summary
The Producer will help create and champion the vision for significant aspects of the game and ensure it aligns with the project’s Leadership Goals. The Producer will be accountable for the quality and results that are achieved for assigned features.
Responsibilities
* Help create and champion the vision of the assigned features for our game. * Drive evolution and improvement of the Product and Features through analytics. * Align Feature Set with project Leadership Goals. * Ensure the highest quality by integrating with QA for feature test and validation. * Ensure all Game and Milestone Goals are established, agreed upon, and achieved. * Help identify and facilitate process, pipelines, and dependencies required between multiple team disciplines. * Manage the Schedule and Milestone deliverables. * Provide clear context to the team and upper management for how the feature set fits into the larger game and market place, and how it serves and delights our fans. * Maintain regular communication between team members, management and Design / Art Direction. * Provide strong leadership to the team by giving clear guidance, instructions and tasks. * Create and maintain a budget and staffing plan with Upper Management.
Ideal Candidate
* Passport eligibility preferred. * Minimum 3-6 years experience working as a Producer on an internal development team within the videogame industry. * Shipped at least 1 title with an online focus. * Successful track record in actually shipping games that make it to market. * Strong time management skills with a proven ability to focus on priorities, solve problems, juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * We are looking for people who play games and understand why they love playing them. * Good communications skills, a friendly and open nature, and an active and curious mind. * Ability to evaluate designs and content for visual impact, brand guidelines, and UX best practices. * Ability to communicate effectively with different audiences on a broad range of topics, e.g. technical, business and creative. * Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Self-motivated, driven individual who prefers working in a fast-paced environment.
