With the Company’s Support Center in Memphis, TN, Monogram operates 8 processing plants employing over 2500 team members.

Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Shipping and Receiving. Production from start-up to securing of the department and completion of daily results and management of all operations departments.

Responsibilities
  • Proper set-up and start-ups
  • Responsible to manage daily productions goals and efficiencies
  • Proper Communication of schedule and specifications daily to staff
  • Meet quality standards
  • Effective training of new hires
  • Daily Staffing and proper allocation of employees
  • Oversee and follow all safety, quality and food safety policies
  • Maintain a clean well organized work area: Dock Finish, Cooler Raw, Cooler Box Warehouse, Grote room, and Case Off room
  • Secure the department at the end of the shift and complete daily reporting
  • Manage shipping and receiving of inbound load and outgoing loads
  • Manage the inventory of raw freezer, finish cooler, and box warehouse
  • Work with accounting personnel to correct inventory variances
  • Set up incoming dock appointments
  • Perform Shipping and Receiving documentation
  • All other duties directed by Senior Management
Ideal Candidate
  • High school diploma or GED is required. Associate’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be flexible and able to work weekends.
  • Quality, safety minded, reliable, precise and self-motivated.

  • Organize and conduct informational training meetings
