• Perform sales incentive plan and customer incentive contract reviews summarizing significant terms in order to ensure compliance
• Perform audit of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide recommendations for improvement
• Document and flowchart daily duties of the invoice management team
• Perform CIP reconciliation in Blackline Software
• Provide fixed asset audit assistance
• Perform and document audit plan for testing of trial balance and sub-ledger amounts before and after implementation of SAP
• Manage implementation of Blackline Reconciliations for IVC North America
• Document and test SOX controls for Unilin NA and IVC NA

• 2-4 years of undergraduate education with focus in accounting or finance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint required.
• Intermediate excel skills required.
• Local travel required.
