* Perform sales incentive plan and customer incentive contract reviews summarizing significant terms in order to ensure compliance * Perform audit of balance sheet reconciliations to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide recommendations for improvement * Document and flowchart daily duties of the invoice management team * Perform CIP reconciliation in Blackline Software * Provide fixed asset audit assistance * Perform and document audit plan for testing of trial balance and sub-ledger amounts before and after implementation of SAP * Manage implementation of Blackline Reconciliations for IVC North America * Document and test SOX controls for Unilin NA and IVC NA

* 2-4 years of undergraduate education with focus in accounting or finance. * Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint required. * Intermediate excel skills required. * Local travel required.
