• Leading and Managing a QA team
• Understanding all requirements and design aspects of the AE/UPM Framework and/or Webservices
• Independently create an efficient and effective test plan
• Actively test the Framework and Webservices, using required tools and tracking mechanisms
• Work with the team, support the entire project
• Communicate effectively any issues/risks and create mitigation plans as needed

• SQL Knowledge helpful
• Rally Experience is a big Plus
• SoapUI experience required
• Test Driven Development is a Pus
• Automation scripting
• 4 – 6 years of QA experience
• Past experience working in an agile environment
• Past experience working in a large application/company environment
• Automation coding/ scripting experience preferred but not required
