Warehouse Supervisor

* Supervise day-to-day operations of fulfillment center * Supervise and schedule team of fulfillment personnel in warehouse; look out for their safety, their work quality, and also—importantly—their happiness * Set expectations and goals for all personnel with a metrics-based system * Carefully track inventory of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging * Procure and maintain materials, equipment, and supplies for the warehouse’s daily functionality * Support the Warehouse Manager on ad hoc projects as required

You’re excited by constant evolution. * 3+ years management experience in warehouse, logistics, and/or supply chain * Extreme accuracy and obsessive attention to detail * Ability to motivate and build trust in a tight-knit team
