- MKG is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. - This is an amazing opportunity to learn from and contribute to a multidisciplinary creative team with unique and differentiated skill sets. - The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of custom proposal decks for our new business efforts. Each proposal we create is totally unique and therefore a design project all its own. - The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for the creation of campaign identities and logos, graphics, 2D mock-ups, image searching, miscellaneous agency graphic needs and more.

- Have a keen interest in layout / editorial design - Have an interest in contributing to the beginning stages of a project via brainstorms and collaborative ideation for proposals - Have strong typography skills - Be confident and willing to share / present your ideas - Be familiar with current design trends, both technical and cultural - Be open to learning new design tools as they become available - Have excellent attention to detail - Have diligent follow-through on every task assigned - Have the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines - Be proactive, organized and eager to jump into a multitude of tasks and projects - Thrive in a small, intimate work environment - Have 3D / environmental / wayfinding experience (a plus, not requirement) - Have the ability to create simple motion graphics (a plus, not requirement) **Requirements:** - A BA/BS in Graphic Design or Visual Communication related field - Ability and interest to push the boundaries of Google Slides as a design layout platform for presentations - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
