• MKG is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
• This is an amazing opportunity to learn from and contribute to a multidisciplinary creative team with unique and differentiated skill sets.
• The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creation of custom proposal decks for our new business efforts. Each proposal we create is totally unique and therefore a design project all its own.
• The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for the creation of campaign identities and logos, graphics, 2D mock-ups, image searching, miscellaneous agency graphic needs and more.

• Have a keen interest in layout / editorial design
• Have an interest in contributing to the beginning stages of a project via brainstorms and collaborative ideation for proposals
• Have strong typography skills
• Be confident and willing to share / present your ideas
• Be familiar with current design trends, both technical and cultural
• Be open to learning new design tools as they become available
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Have diligent follow-through on every task assigned
• Have the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Be proactive, organized and eager to jump into a multitude of tasks and projects
• Thrive in a small, intimate work environment
• Have 3D / environmental / wayfinding experience (a plus, not requirement)
• Have the ability to create simple motion graphics (a plus, not requirement)

Requirements:

• A BA/BS in Graphic Design or Visual Communication related field
• Ability and interest to push the boundaries of Google Slides as a design layout platform for presentations
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
