Senior Market Analyst

This position is responsible for studying the market conditions to examine potential sales of Mitratech solutions. You will lead one of the company’s major initiatives the market research intern program that includes several groups of interns over the course of the year who will collect data via a variety of sources, including calling on customers and prospects. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and sales operations teams.

• Manage the market research intern program including hiring, training, and enabling the interns to achieve specific goals and objectives
• Gather data about customers/prospects, competitors and market conditions
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team to determine intern program goals and deliverables year round
• Build and maintain a model that provides critical data points for market sizing and sales process
• Analyze data and create recommendations on courses of action
• Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs and written reports
• Devise and evaluate other methods for ongoing research

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience: 5+ years of analyst experience, ideally with 2+ for enterprise software companies
• Proficient in Salesforce
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proven analytical skills
• Strong communication skills for gathering information, interpreting data and presenting results
• Detail-oriented and strong ability in critical thinking
• The candidate must be highly motivated and able to work efficiently in both independent and collaborative situations
