General Accounting Analyst

As the General Accounting Analyst, you will assist with the managing of our Accounts Receivable portfolio and ensuring timely billing and collection on these accounts, including pursuit of past due accounts.

* Assist with creating quotes and invoices for clients. * Obtain purchase orders and maintain collection process for past due accounts. * Prepare regular reports to summarize monthly billing activities and review for accuracy and completeness. * Research issues raised by customers related to their accounts. * Work with Sales team on annual renewals and provide multi-year renewal tables in Excel

* Strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be flexible and part of a growing and empowered team, plus strong self-driven personality with a keen sense of delivering completed projects in a timely manner. * A high proficiency in Word, Excel (including the ability to create reports, formulas, charts and graphs), PowerPoint, and CRM system experience * Must be self-motivated and open to learning and sharing new ideas * Excellent communication skills and courteous telephone skills * Must be available to work full time Monday through Friday during normal business hours
