Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA), Plover Family Practice Clinic/Joys of Medicine

Ministry Health Care is a network of hospitals, clinics, and other health related organizations operating across the central, northern, and northeastern regions of Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota.

The Plover Family Practice clinic is a 3,000-foot state-of-the-art facility and includes a 9-provider team. We serve a variety of patients through our primary care services and offer an urgent care clinic on-site as well.

**As a Medical Assistant, you will:** * Provide a broad range of patient care in the ambulatory setting, under the supervision of a clinician and/or registered nurse. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical teams. * Provide clerical and organizational support to facilitate optimal patient care. * Provide basic laboratory analysis of specimens. * Recognize the need for personal development and continuing professional growth. * Maintain regulatory compliance. * Perform other duties as assigned. This position will be scheduled for full-time, benefit-eligible hours at 40 hours per week. We are looking for a ****flexible and energetic team** player** who loves learning new things and being challenged! Our clinic hours are as follows (you will be scheduled within these parameters): * Mondays - 7:00am to 7:00pm * Tuesdays - 7:00am to 7:00pm * Wednesdays - 7:00am to 5:30pm * Thursdays - 7:00am to 5:30pm * Fridays - 7:00am to 5:00pm * Saturdays - 8:00am to 12:00pm

* Successful completion of a Medical Assistant program and the completion of certification / registration required. * Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant preferably through one of the following: * • American Association of Medical Assistants (CMA) * • American Medical Technologists (RMA) * CPR Certification required.
