Responsibilities
* Provides leadership and is responsible for optimizing efficiency in all areas of technical services required to achieve business goals and imperatives. Utilizes MillerCoors Manufacturing Way (MCMW) principles and practices which contribute to world class standards of operation through monitoring and evaluating SPQSCR to continuously improve performance. Develops local strategies and tactics in alignment with the brewery and integrated supply chain strategic plan. * Leads and is responsible for manufacturing systems, utilities/energy, environmental and sustainability, asset care and reliability, facilities, and capital and brewery project engineering. Oversees financial and operational performance for these areas. Maintains support to ensure high quality products are produced and packaged effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and reliability. * Builds and develops a team of employees in the areas of technical and leadership development. Responsible for a multi-disciplinary team of direct and indirect reports. Leads, mentors and develops assigned team in Performance, Career and Talent Management. Promotes and consults with leadership on strategies to create an inclusive and engaging environment. * Is responsible for adhering to all rules, regulations, policies, programs and related MillerCoors Quality Management System including SQF, HACCP and GMP to ensure safety and quality of MillerCoors products.
Ideal Candidate
* BS in Engineering/ Maintenance * Advanced degree in Business Management, Project Management or Engineering preferred * Minimum of ten (10) years in an Engineering/Maintenance leadership/managerial position in a manufacturing environment. * Experience with brewing and packaging processes preferred * Experience with advancing an asset care program * Corporate engineering experience with multiple plant support and experience preferred. **Skills and/or Knowledge :** * Knowledgeable in the principles and theories of mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial, environmental and structural engineering and facilities maintenance. * Knowledge of techniques and principles of energy management. * Knowledge of state and federal regulations applying to air emissions, water quality, hazardous waste control and waste water management. * Knowledge and experience in implementation of Process Safety Management. * Experience with application of Federal, State, and Local regulations regarding industrial facilities and engineering design. * Deep knowledge and experience in managing Maintenance/Asset CARE (Capability, Availability, Reliability and Enhancement) concepts for installed equipment including maintenance routines and practices. * Knowledge in the operation and maintenance utilities equipment, services and systems * Ability to analyze business reports and recognize trends that adversely impacts quality. * Demonstrated working knowledge of OSHA regulations, employee relations practices/policies, TTB regulations, plant safety regulations, FDA guidelines for food plants, and environmental regulations regarding manufacturing brewery operations. * Ability to apply high level root-cause and problem solving skills at all levels. * Ability to set priorities and provide appropriate structure to solve problems/issues.
