Summary
The Retail Services IT (RSIT) Service Reliability Engineering team is looking for an experienced Program Manager who is talented and highly passionate for technology, infrastructure operations and service reliability. In close partnership with our service reliability engineers, you will be responsible for creating, managing and executing all new infrastructure deployments/change, security patching plans and also driving key projects around monitoring & telemetry for the Retail ecosystem.
Responsibilities
* Perform extensive technical consulting in the areas of infrastructure security focused on Microsoft technologies such as AD, LDAP, and PKI. * Lead and partner with Microsoft-internal stakeholders to advise, consult and engineer secure solutions for Microsoft’s IT environments and other corporate assets. * Evaluate security of proposed infrastructure changes and net new designs based on established internal compliance standards and industry best practices. * Collaborate with other technical teams to lead and drive complex security assignments with extensive organizational impact. * Follow all Microsoft service delivery methodology for engagements for relevant offerings, including: adherence to delivery process, quality assurance, time tracking, and customer satisfaction. * Work autonomously as well as in team environments, often in stressful, high impact situations.
Ideal Candidate
* 5-7 years in an Information Security organization or Information Security consultancy * Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory Services (Active Directory Certificate Services, Domain Services, Federation Services, Certificate Authority, PKI, Web Trust, Rights Management) * Understanding of cloud computing and proven ability to address cloud infrastructure security considerations * Complementary project management, analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision making skills * Preferred * Demonstrated client facing consulting skills, including building strong client relationships * Working knowledge of standards and frameworks, such as ISO 2700x, NIST 800-53, HIPAA and Safe Harbor * Information security or related certifications, such as CISSP, CISM or CISA or Technology related certifications like Cisco or Microsoft
